Transgenerational Identity Specialist
African Diaspora
There are ways of being
that were never chosen,
only inherited.
And there comes a point
where what ensured survival
no longer defines who you are
Not everything that shapes identity is personal
Some patterns arrive already formed.
Refined across generations.
Held within the body.
Maintained without question.
Vigilance.
Calibration.
Excellence.
Not as flaws,
but as intelligence
Much of what is carried forward
is not only learned,
but inherited through the continuities
of transgenerational trauma
Not always visible.
Often unspoken
But precise in how it organizes the body, identity, and response.
My work engages this directly.
Not as pathology, but as
something that can be
recovered from,
metabolized.
And released from its position of authority.
This is not about removing the past.
It is about changing the role it plays.
So that identity is no longer organized
around what had to be survived
For those who have already achieved
within inherited structures
and are now ready to step beyond them.
There is a quieter threshold.
This work is precise.
And not widely applicable
It requires readiness
for a different relationship
to what has been carried.
Access begins with recognition.
