WHAT DATA DO I COLLECT?

When you sign up online or offline for a free giveaway, fill out the contact form, purchase a product, request a quote, or make other inquiries for one of my services, you are asked to provide information. In such cases, we only process the data that you provide to me yourself. This may include the following data:

  • First and last name
  • Company name
  • Street and house number
  • Postal code and city
  • Email address
  • Website
  • Phone number
  • Skype address
  • IP address
  • VAT number


FOR WHAT PURPOSE DO I USE THE PERSONAL DATA?

The data is collected and stored for the following purposes:

  • We use your first name and email address for sending information, sharing knowledge, commercial newsletters, and retargeting for Facebook & LinkedIn advertisements. We only do this with data obtained through downloading free documents and requesting free or paid webinars/training, not with data received via direct email messages.
  • I use your first name and email address, which you enter in a form to receive a free giveaway or a free webinar/training, to grant you access to the free webinar/training or to send the free giveaway. We store this data in our email marketing system MailBlue and will send you a one-time email to request consent to comply with the GDPR. If no consent is given, this data will be deleted at the end of each month. This is also indicated on the relevant forms.
  • Your first and last name, email address, and phone number and/or Skype address that you enter in a form for more information are used to send you information and/or a quote. This form arrives in my mailbox and is kept there for 2 years. Until the moment you become a customer, we do not enter this data into our email marketing system. When you fill out the contact form, we require your first and last name, email address and phone number and/or Skype address to provide you with a response.
  • We use your first and last name, address, and email address for creating and sending invoices when you purchase a service. If you have registered for my newsletter, requested a download, signed up for a free online webinar and/or training, or made a purchase and do not wish to receive emails from me in the future, you can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of the email or by contacting us. Your email address will then be immediately removed from the database and will not be stored.


WITH WHOM DO I SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

Your personal data is stored in our email marketing system, which operates via MailBlue’s servers. MailBlue’s servers are located in the Netherlands. More information about MailBlue’s privacy policy can be found at https://mailblue.nl/privacy-policy/

In addition, we share data obtained through requesting a free (or paid) webinar/training or visiting my website with Facebook and LinkedIn to create advertising audiences.

More information about Facebook’s privacy policy can be found here. Your data may also be transferred by Facebook to the United States. This transfer of data also takes place based on the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework.

I have entered into a processing agreement with these individuals to ensure it is clear how they protect your data.


WEBSHOP

We use the data provided by you to process orders as quickly and easily as possible. We will not sell and/or provide your data to third parties. Your data will only be made available to third parties if they are involved in fulfilling your order.

When making a payment in the webshop, you are always redirected for the transaction to the website of a so-called Payment Processor via a secure connection. Your payment details (credit card number, PayPal login, or iDEAL details) are not transmitted to our servers and are therefore not stored by Hadassah Vorm Money Maker c.v. The only data we store is:

  • First and last name
    To deliver your order to the correct person
  • Company name, address, postal code, and city
    We use this address for the correct delivery of your order
  • Phone number
    Should we wish to inform you about your order or pass on last-minute changes regarding your training, we may also do so by telephone at certain times.
  • Email address
    For every order, you will receive a confirmation and invoice via email as soon as we receive your order. If it is an order that is being shipped, PostNL or another delivery company may send an email on my behalf with the track & trace code.
  • IP address
    Your IP address is stored when placing your order to identify payment abuse. If you start a transaction and it is not completed, your transaction data (name, address, email, and IP) will be deleted from our server at the end of each month.


SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA

We have taken appropriate technical measures to secure personal data against loss or other forms of unlawful processing. These measures, including encryption via an SSL certificate, ensure a level of security appropriate to the data we process.


COOKIES

Cookies are used to ensure the best possible operation of this website and to tailor the content of advertisements to your preferences. A cookie is a small file sent by my website and placed by your browser on the device you use to visit our website. Advertising cookies

With your consent, we use cookies from Facebook (Facebook Custom Audience, Facebook Impressions, Facebook Connect, and Facebook Pixel) and LinkedIn (LinkedIn Matched Audience and LinkedIn Insight Tag) to make advertisements available. These cookies ensure that relevant advertisements are displayed to you.


Google Analytics

Cookies are also placed by the statistics package, Google Analytics. I want to know how my visitors use the website and how many people visit my website monthly, so that I can optimize the use of the website. Naturally, we do not want you to be tracked unintentionally; however, we want to serve you as best as possible, and for that, we need good statistics.

With Google Analytics, the information is anonymized as much as possible. Your IP address is explicitly not used. We therefore cannot trace you personally.

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to share the content of my website via social media. This can be done through a number of social media buttons. RETENTION PERIOD

We do not store your data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was received. When you unsubscribe from emails, your personal data will be removed from the system no later than the end of the respective month.

When you are a customer, invoices containing your data are handled with a retention period in accordance with legal obligations.

We store the data in my accounting and CRM system for at least 7 years, among other things to comply with all my legal obligations. This data will be deleted by us within 1 year after these obligations have expired.

The above period applies unless there are further legal obligations for us to keep the data longer and/or keep it available.


RIGHTS

You always have the right to withdraw your consent for the processing of your data, after which we will no longer process your data. The withdrawal of this consent does not affect the lawfulness of our data processing based on your consent that took place before this withdrawal.

You also have the right to access your personal data and the right to rectify your personal data. If you want to know which personal data of yours we process, you can make a written request for access.

Should your data be incorrect, incomplete, or irrelevant, you can request us in writing to change or supplement your data.

In addition, you have a right to the erasure of your personal data, a right to restrict processing, and a right to object to the processing. Furthermore, you have the right to the transfer of, or to make your data portable. You can also make a written request for this.
