My internationally registered trademark was born from my passion to make women aware of the importance of taking care of themselves emotionally (and economically). On my life’s path, the lesson regarding this showed me its vital importance when I ended up on the streets at age 39 without my children, clothes, money, income, or even a roof over my head.

The impossible choice I had postponed for years precisely because of these consequences. Since my mental and physical safety was no longer guaranteed, this was the only option left for me.

Starting all over again, without a cent to my name , no roof over my head, and only the clothes on my back at the age of 39 was not easy, but I did it.

Years later, I looked for ways to support other Sisterpreneurs—enterprising women in the Netherlands and Suriname (which is economically challenging).

As a serial entrepreneur in the Netherlands and abroad, serving as Program Director for Personal Development, Entrepreneurship & Leadership National & International, EI Advisor, Program Director of Herstel Navigator®, and the founder of Female Power Force®, I work with enterprising women who want to heal from what they have experienced.

High-End Businesswomen & High-Skilled Top Managers who are emotionally stuck due to traumas from a difficult childhood, unhealthy relationships, and the connection (or lack thereof) they have with the first love in their lives: the MOTHER.  

By healing emotional wounds, you learn to live from the inside out and step into your power. You no longer allow your identity to be defined by what you have been through. In doing so, you release the underlying emotional charge.

My emotional heritage from Suriname ensures that I remain closely involved in developments there, through family, friends, and business partners alike. Therefore, I always look for opportunities to contribute to the success of hardworking entrepreneurs.

Years of experience as a successful entrepreneur in Suriname mean that I immediately recognize the specific challenges they face and can provide adequate support where necessary. Since 2020, I have therefore started a wonderful project with our group ‘Opo Sisa, Opo!’©

Through an openness to self-reflection, old patterns passed down from generation to generation—rooted in diverse cultural backgrounds, history, and family—are examined.

Co-creating and joining forces is essential, for ourselves but also for our families, loved ones, and the global economy. Because we are all connected to one another, not just economically or virtually, but also energetically.

Give Back & Pay It Forward

We work according to this principle, and it is incorporated into all programs. A portion of the investment from every participant here in the Netherlands is used to reinvest in the entrepreneurial development of another enterprising woman on the other side of the ocean.

In this way, every participant directly contributes to the support of another entrepreneur. Once healed, we utilize our full 100% potential, create more happiness and success, and contribute to others. What a fantastic concept!

For me, this is the ultimate investment economy to support other women in developing leadership, success, and independence.
